Farmhouse
The Farmhouse is a detached, Grade II, listed 17th-century Tudor brick house and sits next to Dudsbury Golf Club, Hotel and Spa.
This large, well-presented and fully equipped house offers an ideal place to base a family holiday or a short break with friends or family. It has its own private drive and garden.
At the Golf Club & Hotel; adjacent to The Farmhouse, is our Golf Course and Spa Facilities. The Spa is only available for treatments and Spa Days Tuesday -Saturday 9am to 3pm. It is recommended to book ahead if you are considering to have any Spa treatments or play a round of Golf whilst you are staying at the Farmhouse.

The Championship Golf Course is a 6,904 yards, par 71, and is set in 160 acres of outstanding Dorset countryside. It also has a driving range, academy course, chipping/pitching green and full sized putting green. The club house has a bar and restaurant which has live music and tribute nights on selected dates throughout the year.
Nearby, enjoy Ferndown, the Stour and Forest Trail and Stour Valley Way. Further afield are the many coastal and inland footpaths including the Dorset Coastal Path enjoying the Jurassic coastline. The local area has two popular parks: Avon Heath Country Park and Moors Valley Country Park.
The nearest traffic-free cycle paths are in Hurn Forest and Castleman Trail. There are many all over the New Forest National Park, where wild ponies roam freely among miles of heath land. There are also many other places of interest to visit within the area, such as the village of Burley, Exbury Gardens and Beaulieu Motor Museum.
Regular ferries to the Isle of Wight depart from the famous royal yachting town of Lymington. Bournemouth is close by with its Blue Flag beach and well-kept town gardens. At the foot of the pier is the fascinating Oceanarium where the whole family can discover life beneath the waves.
Poole is also within easy reach, with its sandy beach at Sandbanks and the harbour town where trips to Brownsea Island (National Trust) can be enjoyed.

Farmhouse amenities:
Downstairs is a large living room with wooden floor and a well-equipped kitchen with dining area, TV, wooden floor and adjoining utility room.
Two steps up is a double bedroom with 6ft bed (this can also be made in to twin beds) with TV, ornamental fireplace and wooden floor.
The first floor also includes a cosy twin bedroom, a shower room with separate toilet and three double bedrooms, each with a 6ft bed, TV and en-suite shower room.
There is also a further twin bedroom with TV and en-suite shower room.
At your request, most rooms in the Farmhouse can be double rooms. Please enquire for more details.
