Terms & Conditions

• Spikes Bistro Dining Club card can only be used by the person named on the card. Restrictions on the purchase of eligible products and services will apply. Spikes Bistro may disallow any transaction.
• Lost, stolen or damaged card: It is the card holders responsibility to inform Dudsbury Golf Club, Hotel & Spa if a card is lost, damaged or stolen, or if a replacement is needed. Cards that are lost or mislaid may be reissued at a cost of £5.00. Once the card has been reissued and fee received the points may be carried over. Please note any changes to your details must be reported to Dudsbury Golf Club.
• Members must present  their card at the bar in order to collect points for a transaction on food and beverage products purchased in Spikes   Bistro. Members who forget to do this may have their points added manually up to 14 days after the transaction upon production of a valid receipt, providing the receipt belongs to the claiming member and is based on their personal spend.
• Dudsbury Golf Club, Hotel & Spa is entitled to remove points at any time if products are returned for any reason and a full or partial refund of the purchase price is given. This also applies to the exchange of products, unless the exchange is for products with an equivalent points value.
• The amount of points awarded may change and will vary depending on the products bought, the amount spent and where the transaction takes place.
• Points will not be awarded for non-qualifying products i.e. any and all products purchased outside of Spikes Bistro to include Dudsbury Spa, Golf Reception, Hotel Reception, Bentley’s Restaurant and the Brabant Suite. Other products may also be excluded from the scheme at the discretion of Dudsbury Golf Club, Hotel & Spa.
• Spikes Bistro Dining Club card cannot be used in conjunction with any other offers or promotions – including Gold Membership cards.
• Points are the property of Dudsbury Golf Club, Hotel & Spa and have no cash value. They are not for resale or transferable.
• Points for redemption are valid for use only by the recipient, age restrictions apply. Excludes Golf, Spa or Social Memberships and Golf Lessons with our Golf Professionals.
